Some of us, those who are indeed actual Vogons, are quite a bit Prosthetnic Vogons deep down. And I am sure that Jeltz himself is Prosthetnic Vogon through and through.

Vogons in general are pretty doggone hoopy, to tell the truth. How can one not admire a race whose poetry can kick ass both figuratively and literally?
