Quick Post Before Bedtime

The windows are all in, and I must say they look very nice. :) Unfortunately, none of our blinds, including the $300 custom ones for my studio window, are useable now as the trim is too different. Le sigh! The french doors covering the sliding doors in the back also came down, but whether they'll go back up or not has yet to be determined. If I were a betting man, I'd put my money on "not," however, which means we'll probably be wanting coverings for those, too. (Maybe we shoulda gone with the ones with the blinds built in.)

Also, Bruce is home. $1400 worth of service, but that's still cheaper than buying a new car.

Also also, Buddha's rabies booster is tomorrow, along with a general checkup. The hairball symptoms have greatly subsided, so we're hoping that's no longer an issue.

Finally, I got Friday's SJ to katayamma this evening, so hopefully the trend of strips being up on the advertised date will now continue. Barring unforeseen difficulties, there should be a nice solid run for both strips coming up.
