Very neat, a redo of Star Blazers (can't remember the real title, that's the American one). My guess would be some kind of themed pachinko machine, its a very, very big industry, compare it to pinball machines here in their hey day. I'd really love it ifn its an add for a remake of Star Blazers with a themed pachinko machine leading the way, the graphics (is that 3D graphics or some manner of models?) are impressive to say the least.
