Vampires and zombies are the worst offenders; there are some decidedly cuddly werewolves out there, too.

Start with vampires, then move to any Doctor Who villains brought back from the classic series, particularly The Master and the Sontarans. (Sontar-wha?)

I thought the Sontarans were fine. I was kinda baffled by The Master as Joker tho. It's not like the Doctor is exactly Batman.

Batman is obviously a Time Lord. Not only is his utility belt a TARDIS, but he's had between six and ten distinct regenerations since 1939.

Does that include things like completely invisible cubes that occupy the whole space of a room and eat you when you walk inside? And floors and walls that try to kill you?
I have a feeling some of those were just created by spiteful GMs.
