the_gneechWednesday is instance night! So tonight we went into Skumfil ("right half") to get a couple of kinship Champions their class quest. We tore through it like a hot knife through soft butter, I must say! So from there we went on and completed the first half, slaying Grimreaver. We're looking at Monday or Wednesday going back for Bumbereth and possibly finishing off the spider at the bottom.
It was fun! Everybody worked well as a team, concentrating fire where needed, protecting the healers, and of course spamming interrupts on those blankety-blank kergrim summoners! None of us were hard-core raiders/instance experts, but we still worked very smoothly and did some serious monster-slaying. Maedhroc now has a giant, stuffed and mounted ghoul-ape-thing standing in his yard at Michel Delving. I wonder how long until Mayor Whitfoot comes around and tells him to replace it with something "a bit less distressing."
See, if group stuff was more like this more often, I'd be a lot more into it! :D
