Crazy and Contradictory Dance Time!

I am working from home today because I woke up feeling like my back was just shy of broken, but now four hours into my day, I have the music turned up and I keep jumping out of my chair to dance around like a loon.

Not that my back feels better -- it doesn't much -- but because I can't seem to stop myself! In the words of Steve Martin: "Oh no! I've got -- HAPPY FEET!"

So if I disappear from the face of the planet, check the living room floor: what's probably happened is that my back couldn't take any more and I'm now lying flat on the ground, upper body immobile, with my feet still dancing around like a pair of crazy zombie automata.
