Poor MyNetDiary is so frustrated.
"Overall, during this period, you have lost 12,961 cals (net Calories deficit), which means you should have lost about 3.7lb. Your total Calories intake was 15,227 and your total Calories expended per Fitbit was 28,188."
Well clearly I haven't lost 3.7 lbs, so my body must not work on the same premises of your model, get over it. I'm being very meticulous about my food logging, and the heart rate etc. is being measured by a widget on my wrist– I'm not the part of the equation that's not holding up their end of the bargain.
I am thinking of adding a program of intermittent fasting to my regimen, to see if I can bump things up a bit. I'll let Dr. Fung explain it, 'cos he'll do a better job than me.
All that said, seeing "298" on the scale was a big morale boost, ".8" behind it notwithstanding. :D Maybe I should start truncating instead of rounding off. ;)
