Weekly Wait-In'

the_gneechWell, I didn't lose any weight while I was sick. Not really surprising, given that I wasn't exercising and just let myself eat what I wanted when I wanted.
On the other hand, I didn't really gain any weight either, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm still hovering at around 299, which keeps me under that all-important 300 lb psychological barrier.
So as of today, I'm back on the wagon so to speak, recording my Weight Watchers points and doing my DailyBurn routine. Today was "Metabolic Hip-Hop," yay? Could be worse I suppose. :)
