Ok, a couple of last ideas from me then call it "Baked" from my perspective.
Play with putting the A Suburban Jungle... text either above Tiff's head or in a footer in a gradient blue box over Leona and Tiff's knees. The gradient blue will ensure the text is legible.
You can stick a mooing Cybercow's head into the upper right corner or something if that un-balances the image too much... or...?

BTW, I saw this before the revisions and had thought, in reference to the cape attachment, it could've been attached to the top of the bikini.
