Whoof, 'n' Stuff

JWillard's getting at least $450 for the drawing she did of Falstaff as Captain Jack Sparrow. I have got to start getting auctions up! The last time I did some, I did something like four pics, and they each brought $150 or less; and I've never auctioned a commission, so I don't know what kind of price I could garner. Of course, even an extra $150/mo would be a significant boost to my income these days.

August was reserved, obviously, for Orange Alert and the new site. September, I think, I'm going to have to look at doing something with auctions. If nothing else, I need some extra money to replace this verschlugginer computer before it dies and takes the past 6 years of work with it!

BTW, I'm all packed. Markers are going with me to Dragon*Con! I didn't think I'd be able to get them into my carryons, but I'm apparently a much better packer than I thought I was. I am gonna do some drawing sometime this weekend, even if I have to do it in the hotel bar after everyone else has gone to bed.
