Yes, well, I don't think we'll be taking our cars back there for future service. They're an appointment only shop, M-F, 9-6, but having the appointments doesn't seem to mean that they can get the work done any faster. If we had been confident that it was just the battery, I would've had them tow it to Sears! I've gotten batteries replaced before at Sears with no problem whatsoever.

AAA replaced my caput battery right in my parking space, where it had died. I just paid the Tow truck guy for it. He had one ready to use. -Frisk
