Well, our receptionist was mighty freaked out, as you might imagine. However, we all evacuated, the Feds came and swept the building, and all is clear, so here I am back at my desk after a morning of nothing getting done.
This isn't the first threat this building has had, and it won't be the last, either. It was the first one that I was here for, but Laurie has gone through them before.
Although, she did call in sick the day that Dubya came and gave a speech at the offices on the second floor. She missed seeing the secret service guys camped out in the parking garage all day, darn!
Strange town to live in, man. Strange town. :)

My senior roommate was invited to the inaguration as a representative delegate of Washington. He got to go to the inagural ball at the White House, too. *Pouts* I'm just too much of a nobody. :(
